DESCRIPTION
Nokia BTS could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by improper authentication validation by the authentication process in the TRS web console. By sending a specially-crafted request using URL encoding for the . (dot) character, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to read, modify or delete BTS configuration.
