DESCRIPTION
Contiki-NG is vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking when copying an IPv6 address prefix in the RPL-Classic implementation. By using a specially-crafted DAO packet, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system.
