DESCRIPTION
Blackboard Learn could allow a remote authenticated attacker to gain elevated privileges on the system, caused by improper access control. By entering student credentials and then directly visiting a certain webapps/bbcms/execute/ URL, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to read unintended files.
