ThingsBoard could allow a remote authenticated attacker to gain elevated privileges on the system, caused by a vertical privilege escalation vulnerability. By modifying the scope using the scopes parameter, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to gain access to the System Administrator dashboard and functionality using a Tenant Administrator account.
