Matrix matrix-js-sdk could allow a remote authenticated attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by improper authorization validation when an MSC3401 group call is taking place. By sending a specially crafted request, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to eavesdrop on the video and audio of participants, and use this information to launch further attacks against the affected system.
