MP4v2 is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a heap-based buffer overflow in the MP4GetVideoProfileLevel function in the /src/mp4.cpp script. By persuading a victim to open a specially-crafted file, a remote authenticated attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service.
