DESCRIPTION
Accusoft ImageGear is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow, caused by off-by-one error vulnerability in the Palette box parser functionality. By persuading a victim to open a specially-crafted JPEG 2000 file, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system.
