DESCRIPTION
Amazon Linux could allow a local authenticated attacker to gain elevated privileges on the system, caused by a flaw in the log4j-cve-2021-44228-hotpatch package. By sending a specially-crafted request, an authenticated attacker could exploit this vulnerability to mimic the Linux capabilities and cgroups of the target Java process.
