In 2015, the League of Legends game forum NewsOfLegends (REDACTED BY REDPACKET SECURITY) suffered a data breach exposing almost 72k users. The incident exposed over 71k unique email addresses,usernames and passwords stored as MD5(WordPress) hashes.Compromised data: [“Email addresses, Usernames, Passwords”]
