Cisco Duo Two-Factor Authentication for macOS could allow a physically proximate authenticated attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by the incorrect handling of responses from Cisco Duo when the application is configured to fail open. By attempting to authenticate to an affected device, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to bypass authentication and access the affected device without valid permission.
