Cisco Identity Services Engine could allow a remote authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the system, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input. By sending a specially crafted HTTP request, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary operating system commands on the underlying operating system with the privileges of the web services user.
