Cisco Packet Data Network Gateway (PGW) is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by improper handling of a malformed packet by the Vector Packet Processor (VPP). By sending a specially crafted Encapsulating Security Payload (ESP) packet over an IPsec connection, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service condition.
