The RSA Conference 2020 is swiftly approaching, and we’re getting excited about the events we’ll be attending as we join other cybersecurity leaders in San Francisco from Feb. 24 to Feb. 28 and celebrate the theme of “the human element.”

Our personal touch at Booth #5565 in the North Expo Hall
One of our favorite things about attending conferences is getting to meet others. We’ll be at booth #5565 in the North Expo Hall this year, where you can come find us for a personalized demo of our award-winning IT and security solutions, all delivered from the Rapid7 cloud. We’ll also have a theatre set up, where you can watch presentations from not just our experts, but our satisfied customers and knowledgeable partners. And, of course, it wouldn’t be a conference without giveaways. Come early before all our goodies are snatched up!
Get a drink, a snack, and a break
We’re hosting a couple of events to break away from the conference crowds and get to know you on a more personal level. Join us in the Rapid7 Lounge at the Press Club from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on both Feb. 25 and Feb. 26. It’s a great spot to take some quiet time, sit and chat with our experts, and snag a snack, a drink, and some WiFi. All you need to get in is your badge.
In-depth discussions of Rapid7 ideas and solutions
Our lounge serves as more than just a respite from the crowds at RSA—we’ll also be giving a few in-depth presentations and panel discussions about our services. Join us Tuesday morning for breakfast and our customer panel, Advancing Security for the Modern Business (registration required). We’ll also be hosting a panel on The Next Generation of Modern Web Application Security on Tuesday from 1:30 to 2:00 p.m. (no registration required).
On Wednesday morning, we’ll have breakfast again, this time alongside Mimecast for a discussion on security orchestration and automation (SOAR) (registration required). And, from 1:30 to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, we’ll be hosting a UX Co-Creation Group Session, where you can give us direct feedback about our design and help shape the future of Rapid7 products (no registration necessary).

Some of our best experts will be sharing their ideas in bigger open sessions, which you won’t want to miss:
- “Accelerate Threat Detection and Response in Modern Networks,” with Nicholas Davis, Senior Technical Product Manager and Tyler Terenzoni, Technical Product Manager. This session will be held at 10:20 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 25, in the Moscone North Expo Briefing Center.
- “Building A Comprehensive IoT Security Testing Methodology” with Deral Heiland, Research Lead – IoT. This session will be held at 9:20 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 26, in Moscone West.
- “Aviation Cybersecurity: Technology and Teamwork,” with Patrick Kiley, Senior Security Consultant. This session will be held at 1:40 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27, in Moscone South.
Get to know everyone at happy hour
No conference would be complete without a happy hour to bring everyone together. We’re hosting ours on Wednesday, Feb. 26 at ThirstyBear Organic Brewery, and you won’t want to miss the food, craft beers, and techy prizes we’re giving away.
