DESCRIPTION
Contiki-NG is vulnerable to a buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the length parameter in the prefix information option in the RPL-Classic routing protocol implementation. By sending a specially-crafted DODAG Information Option (DIO) control message, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system.
