Discourse is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a flaw when calling arbitrary methods on the “SiteSetting” class, notably “#clear_cache!” and “#notify_changed!”. By sending a specially crafted request, a remote authenticated attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service condition.
