European Chemicals Agency IUCLID could allow a local authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by incorrect default permissions in the iuclid6.exe process. By substituting the iuclid6.exe process with an attacker controlled executable file, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges.
