DESCRIPTION
Home Owners Collection Management System could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by improper authentication. By sending a specially-crafted request to the /hocms/admin/ endpoint using multiple parameters, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to bypass authentication and obtain administrative access.
