Input Output Hydra could allow a remote authenticated attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by flaw with not including a unique head identifier in the multi-signatures. By sending a specially crafted request, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to perform replay attacks to close or contest a head with a wrong or incompatible head state.
