Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Fold Gen 1 could allow a local authenticated attacker to gain elevated privileges on the system, caused by an SMI handler input validation vulnerability in the BIOS of some ThinkPad models. By sending a specially crafted request, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to escalate privileges and execute arbitrary code.
