Mattermost could allow a remote authenticated attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by the insertion of sensitive information into a log file during user creation and in other operations if the experimental audit logging configuration was enabled. By gaining access to the log files, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to obtain the user password or password hash, and use this information to launch further attacks against the affected system.
