Mozilla Firefox is vulnerable to dns cache poisoning, caused by the incorrect sharing of the same cache by the fetch() API and navigation. By persuading a victim to visit a specially crafted Web site, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to poison the DNS cache and see the cached response instead of the expected response.
