Mozilla Firefox could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by an error related to sites that allow open redirects to data: urls. By persuading a victim to visit a specially crafted Web site, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to bypass the site-isolation protections against Spectre-like attacks on sites that host an “open redirect”.
