Nextcloud Server and Enterprise Server could allow a remote authenticated attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by the storage of OAuth2 client_secret in plain text in the database. By gaining access to the database, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to obtain the client secrets information, and use this information to launch further attacks against the affected system.
