NixOS calamares-nixos-extensions could allow a local attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by a plain-text storage of password flaw. By gaining access to the /boot directory, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to obtain sensitive information, and use this information to launch further attacks against the affected system.
