Proofpoint Threat Response / Threat Response Auto-Pull (PTR/TRAP) could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by an error in the faye endpoint. By man-in-the-middle position or cryptanalysis of the session traffic, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability obtain obtain credentials to integrated services, and use this information to launch further attacks against the affected system.
