PX4-Autopilot is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the src/drivers/distance_sensor/lightware_laser_serial/parser.cpp. By sending a specially crafted request, a remote authenticated attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system.
