Qualcomm Chipsets could allow a local authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by a memory corruption in Video while calling APIs with different instance ID than the one received in initialization. By executing a specially crafted application, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code on the system.
