DESCRIPTION
Secheron SEPCOS Control and Protection Relay could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by improper enforcement of behavioral workflow. By sending a specially crafted request to intercept the initial file upload page response and modify the associated code, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to bypass the file extension limitation of upload and allow arbitrary file uploading into a location where PHP scripts may be executed.
