DESCRIPTION
Siemens SINEMA Remote Connect Server could allow a remote authenticated attacker to gain elevated privileges on the system, caused by missing authentication in a user management resource. By sending a specially-crafted request, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to change the permissions of any user and obtain administrative privileges.
