Sigstore Rekor is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by improper input validation. By sending a specially crafted proposed entry of the “intoto/v0.0.2”, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause panic on a thread within the Rekor process, and results in a denial of service condition.
