Tenda W6 is vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking in the formwrlSSIDset function in the /goform/wifiSSIDset endpoint in the httpd component. By sending a specially crafted using the index parameter, a remote authenticated attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system or cause the application to crash.
