Veilid is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by improper validating the size of uncompressed data during decompression upon an envelope receipt. By sending a specially crafted packet data, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause an out-of-memory abort on nodes, and results in a denial of service condition.
