DESCRIPTION
Vim could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by a buffer over-read in the put_on_cmdline function in ex_getln.c:3540. By persuading a victim to open a specially-crafted file, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code on the system or cause a denial of service.
