Welcart e-Commerce plugin for WordPress could allow a remote authenticated attacker to traverse directories on the system. An attacker could send a specially crafted URL request to the upload_certificate_file function containing “dot dot” sequences (/../) to upload .pem or .crt files to arbitrary locations on the server.
