Zephyr Project Zephyr is vulnerable to a buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the Bluetooth subsystem due to asserts being disabled in /subsys/bluetooth/host/hci_core.c. By sending a specially crafted request, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system.
