Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, ServiceDesk Plus MSP, and SupportCenter Plus could allow a remote authenticated attacker to gain elevated privileges on the system, caused by a flaw in the Release module. By sending a specially crafted request, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to access the Reminders of a release ticket and make modifications.
